Running keeps me grounded, focused, and ready for whatever life brings.

I’m 55, a wife, mom to three amazing humans, and a lifelong runner. I love cooking delicious Italian feasts for loved ones, hitting the slopes, and blasting old-school rap a little too loud. I’ll never turn down time with friends or a champagne toast. 

Running has been my steady companion through every season of life—the good, the bad, and the ugly. It’s how I clear my head, reconnect with myself, and remind my body what it’s capable of. Whether I’m logging solo miles or laughing with my running buddies, I thrive on the power of step after step. Running helps me show up with more energy, more joy, and a deep sense of who I am.
