For 34 years, I've been chasing finish lines—32 marathons (18 in Boston) and over 50 half marathons. The 2024 Sydney Marathon Age Group World Championships, a 3:16 PR at age 55, and a Boston best in 2025 illustrates we should never limit ourselves.
